Who you are dealing with

I build websites for local trades and small businesses around Sydney — plumbers, electricians, builders, shops and service providers who need the phone to ring.

You deal with me, not an account manager

There is no sales team and no offshore studio. You talk to the person actually building the site, which is why changes happen the same week rather than the same quarter.

I quote a fixed price before anything starts, so there is no meter running and no surprise invoice. Most small business sites go live in about three weeks.

Everything is built on WordPress and you own it outright — the domain, the hosting and the site. There is no licence you have to keep paying me for, and if you ever want to move it somewhere else, you can.

Why I talk about search so much

A good-looking website that nobody finds is an expensive business card. For a local trade, most of the value is in showing up when somebody in your area searches for what you do — and that is mostly technical work, not design work.

Suburb pages, a properly configured Google Business Profile, structured data so Google can read your address and hours, a certificate that does not throw a warning, and a page that loads fast on mobile data. That is what moves the needle, and it is what I check first.

What I will not do

  • Sell you a rebuild you do not need. If the site you have is fine and just needs three things fixed, I will tell you that.
  • Hold your website hostage. You own the domain, the hosting and the files.
  • Guess. Every finding I give you is measured, and comes with a free tool you can use to check it yourself.
  • Lock you into a contract. The care plan is month to month.

Start with the free check

Send me your web address. I will run the 50-point check and send the report back — no charge, and nothing for sale in it.
